VANTATOOLS REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY Last Updated: April 3, 2026
At VantaTools, we strive to provide an elite digital experience through our Premium Suites. Because our services involve the delivery of immediate access to digital credentials and proprietary accounts, we maintain a specific policy regarding refunds and cancellations to ensure the sustainability of our platform.
1. THE NATURE OF DIGITAL GOODS
By purchasing a Premium Suite or starting a trial on VantaTools, you acknowledge that:
Immediate Access: You receive instant access to premium digital assets, login credentials, and subscription benefits.
Non-Returnable: Unlike physical goods, digital access cannot be “returned” once the credentials have been viewed or utilized.
Consumption: Use of any single service within a bundle constitutes full consumption of the bundleβs value for that billing period.
2. CANCELLATION POLICY
You have full control over your VantaTools subscription. You can cancel at any time to prevent future charges.
How to Cancel: You can cancel your subscription directly through your Account Dashboard under the “Subscriptions” tab. You do not need to contact support to cancel, though we are available if you encounter issues.
Effect of Cancellation: When you cancel, your subscription will remain Active until the end of your current paid billing cycle. You will continue to have full access to your Premium Suite during this time.
No Partial Credits: We do not offer prorated refunds or credits for mid-month cancellations.
3. REFUND POLICY (GENERAL)
To maintain the integrity of our premium access, VantaTools operates under a No Refund Policy for all successful purchases and renewals.
Standard Sales: All sales are final. Once a transaction is processed and access is granted, we do not issue refunds based on a “change of mind” or personal preference.
Renewal Charges: It is the userβs responsibility to cancel their subscription before the renewal date. Refund requests for “forgotten” subscriptions that have already been renewed will not be honored.
4. THE “FAIR ACCESS” EXCEPTIONS
We believe in fairness. We will consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis only under the following specific circumstances:
Non-Delivery: If you purchased a bundle but never received your access credentials due to a technical error on our part (and our logs confirm the failure).
Bundle Failure: If a core service within your bundle (e.g., the primary gaming or AI tool) is non-functional for more than 48 consecutive hours within the first 3 days of your purchase, and our support team is unable to provide a working replacement.
Duplicate Charges: If our payment processor accidentally bills you twice for the same subscription in the same month, we will immediately refund the duplicate charge.
5. TRIAL OFFERS ($1 FOR 30 DAYS)
Our $1 trial is designed to give you a full 30-day experience of the VantaTools lifestyle.
Transition to Full Plan: After the 30-day trial period ends, you will be automatically billed for the full monthly rate of your chosen suite.
Cancellation Timing: To avoid being charged the full rate, you must cancel at least 24 hours before your 30-day trial expires.
Trial Refunds: The $1 trial fee is strictly non-refundable.
6. CHARGEBACKS AND DISPUTES
We value open communication. If you have an issue with a charge, we ask that you contact us at hello@vantatools.com first.
Account Suspension: Opening a formal dispute or chargeback with your bank or credit card provider without contacting us first will result in the immediate and permanent suspension of your VantaTools account and all associated access.
Legal Fees: In cases of fraudulent chargebacks, VantaTools reserves the right to recover any associated bank fees and legal costs.
7. HOW TO REQUEST ASSISTANCE
If you believe you qualify for an exception under Section 4, please follow these steps:
Email hello@vantatools.com within 72 hours of the issue.
Include your Order ID and the email address associated with your account.
Provide a clear description (and screenshots, if possible) of the technical failure.
Our team will review your request and provide a resolution within 2 business days.
8. POLICY MODIFICATIONS
VantaTools reserves the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of our Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
